1 Round or oval loaf of French bread (the ready-made stuff from your grocery store's bakery)
Slices of Swiss, Munster, and Monteray Jack cheese
1 ½ stick melted butter
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Beau Monde spice
Cut bread in a checker board, not all the through to the bottom. An electric knife works well. Stuff cubbies with the different cheeses. Melt butter and mix with mustard and spices. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Great for parties.
